You line up the circuit parts according to the photo in the instructions, and they click together because they’re magnetized. To blow big bubbles, you need to speed up the fan gradually, using the dimmer slider.Īssembling the bot is a snap. The bot works best if you put the solution into a bowl (so you can pull the tube out freely). The instructions don’t include a recipe for the bubble solution, so you have to experiment to get a soap bubble mixture that works. I was able to produce basketball-sized bubbles, using dish detergent mixed with a small amount of water. This LITTLEBITS BUBBLE BOT STARTER KIT (9 Piece) has everything you need to make a cute electric bubble-blower, but why is it so expensive? (The kit is about $40 on Amazon.) And at that price, why aren’t the simple instructions included in a printed leaflet inside the box? And at that price, why isn’t the solid purple tube printed with the dragon/tiger/shark design shown on the packaging and in the advertising?
